Mint &Lemon Clay Mask –
controls oil and breakouts
Recently I have been struggling with some nasty
breakouts. I have been suffering with acne for as long as can remember.
So with that being said, I will be reviewing the
Freeman Beauty Facial Clay Mask Mint and Lemon that I picked up on one of my
recent hauls. I chose this mask as I
have oily and acne prone skin, so I need something that would help control the
oil on my face.
The mask comes in a very attractive Yellow and green
tube and has a flip open top. Perfect for traveling as the tube is quite
sturdy.
The mask itself is a green color which smells nice
and citrus. It has a very creamy texture.
Very simple to use, just apply to face and avoid the
eye area. Let it dry and rinse off with warm water.
After using this mask for about 2-3 times a week, I
found that my face is less oily. My pores appear to be smaller. This mask
leaves my skin feeling matte, refreshed, smooth .
I also love that it
does not leave the skin feeling tight or dry.
It also contains peppermint oil which
helps to soothe and nourish the
skin, minimize breakouts, and
help fade pigmentation.
Lemon which is a natural bleaching agent, which means it will
help with hyper pigmentation and
lighten acne scars.
People with dry skin might get irritated by this
mask as it could dry out the skin even further. However, if you have dry or
normal skin, you can always try using this in problematic areas instead of
applying it to your entire face.
Full size tube (175ml) at Dis-Chem for R 69,95.
