Blueberry Hungarian tarts

So recently I have not been posting much, due to some stress related issues. But let me leave that story for another time as life happens I guess. I decided to share this recipe with you so we can end Woman's month on a sweet note. 

Blueberry Hungarian tart (Jam tarts)

125 g margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
Blueberry jam

Method:
Cream margarine n sugar well
Add egg n vanilla essence and beat well
Sift dry ingredients and to add above mixture, use hands to make a soft dough
Grease tray, place half dough as a base, spread jam over, grate the other half on top and bake @ 180 for 25 mins


NB: You can replace the Blueberry Jam with any Jam of your liking.
